Hi guys,
Just a final reminder to those yet to pay, going to be collecting the final lot today as the order is going in tomorrow if I can get hold of CH, or Tuesday at the latest.
If you haven't paid by today, sorry but gonna have to take you off the order.
Just waiting on a few bank transfers left to clear.

Okay, I have good news and bad news.
The good news is that with the last of the money collected yesterday I have sent the order off to Andy at CH sports. I am just waiting to hear back for a final price before I send the cheque off. So we should be about 4 weeks away from being kitted out.
The bad news is the short covers which everyone has taken an interest in are going to cost extra if people want them. Andy said they cost about £25/£26 each and they can't do the patches on their own. I will gauge interest in the short covers in training next week and see who wants what. If there is enough interest we can put a seperate order in for these.
Looks like the font we will be getting is the standard one as seen on Panthers shirts and the jerseys used in the last playoffs. However there will be NO numbers on the sleeves or the chest.
Any other questions, feel free to give me a shout.

Okay, just had confirmation back. The jerseys are going to be £50 each and the socks are £9.50 each.
So I owe everyone who had one pair of socks 50p each and everyone who had two pairs of socks a £1 each. I think through the team that adds up to £16. So I can either give everyone their change or maybe look at investing the money in the team i.e. get bibs, more pucks or any other equipment we need. I could also stick it in the kitty which would go towards getting a free session sometime in the near future. What does everyone want to do?

Maybe for under a tenner but you can get a shirt for that kinda money!
They cover up ripped shorts but if they are the same price as a pair of shirts they defeat the object somewhat!

I will ask around on Sunday and see what the response is. investing in bibs would be better surely, match teams up better and easier just thinking because i'm sure we have more than enough pucks at this moment in time (eg 1 for each person)

oh and why no numbers on the arms? that just ain't hockey lol I know mate, I wanted the numbers on the arms to, but they have already knocked roughly £2 off each jersey (VAT) to keep them within the agreed price range as the price originally qouted were without VAT. It would mean evryone paying an extra £5 and I doubt every is willing to do that after just shelling out £60. It wouldn't look right with just having them and some not so I decided not to bother. Kev reckons pucks are a bit short to be honest. We are okay when Andy comes as he has more pucks. But if Andy doesn't come one week and we need to use Kev's pucks then we will be short.

Get pucks and EVERYONE take a dark and a light shirt. If you dont take one of each dont moan when you get put on a team you dont want or have to turn your shirt inside out.
Pucks are more important than bibs!
