Looks like the Foxes are to get their paws on Wes Morgan, a £1 million fee has been agreed by both clubs. I think we need to sell or its likely a repeat of the Kelvin Wilson scenario will happen. I really hope this money is re-invested in 1 or 2 players (preferable at the back) but i can't see it. Just over a day left in the window!!!

I'm not a Forest fan and don't profess to know all the ins and outs but that appears to be an extremely worrying development for any Forest fans...

I think its just a question of cashing in now rather than loosing him on a free transfer at the end of the season ftm. Either way i think the club will be playing 3rd tier football next season.

Can't say I blame them for cashing in now rather than losing him on a free in the summer, however with that in mind, Leicester are getting a bargain for £1million.

Portsmouth join the relegation mixing pot going level on points with Forest after going in to administration and automatically dropping ten. Huge game for the Reds against Coventry tomorrow... Huge!!!!

Massive win and two great goals. I believe we're out of the bottom three.

Pld Pts 19 Millwall 31 31 20 Bristol City 32 31 21 Nottingham Forest 31 28 22 Portsmouth 31 25 23 Coventry City 32 25 24 Doncaster Rovers 30 24 The way the league is looking i would say its three from these six for the drop. The result against Coventry was massive, a real six pointer if ever ive seen one! The table looks a little better (thanks to Portsmouth's financial issues) and im starting to believe after a season thats been full of despare!

Fantastic win yesterday and I get to give all my Birmingham colleagues a fair bit of banter due to their comments in the run up to the game. Hopefully the team can use these two wins to pull themselves clear of the relegation zone; much better showing in the last four games.

Remarkable win!!! I was hoping for a reaction to the dreadful home loss against Leeds earlier in the season when we were destroyed 4-1. We got it in some style!! I think 46-47 points should see the Reds safe....

At 3-3, I thought another defeat was on the cards, but listening to the game on BBC Radio Nottingham it was a well deserved victory.

I had Forest relegated around Christmas time. I didn't agree with the Wes Morgan sale and I knew that it was a real possibility that we would loose him on a free in the summer, but if his contributions kept Forest up then that was sonething i'd take every day of the week. However he was sold and (as reported in the NEP) this paved the way for some very clever loan signings to come in which almost certainly helped the Reds to Championship safety. Im not one of Cotterill's biggest fans but this was good management on his and Frank Clarke's part. I also think Forest got a little bit of luck with regards to the teams around them. The sales of Sharp and Maynard were huge blows to their respective teams (although not unexpected). And Coventry's and Portsmouth's financial melt down was enough to spell the end for them. Lets see what ups and downs next season brings...

Not just a Canadian billionaire but part-owner of the Leafs!
With that in mind, he wouldn't like Forest. We might cockerel them up eventually but at least we make the play-offs quite often ;D

Garath McCleary signs for Reading on a three year deal. I hope this isn't the first of many...

Luke Chambers is on the verge of leaving for Ipswich and rumoured to be near doubling his 8k-a-week wages. The Al-Hasawi takeover is likely to be finalised/announced on Monday according to the NP today.
