The match will be re-arranged and replayed.
Football pales into insignificance against somebody's life, hope the bloke makes a full recovery.

One of the paramedics who treated him said mouth to mouth hadn't worked, and it took them four goes with a defibrillator to re-start his heart. Serious, scary situation, and there's no doubt in my mind that it was right to abandon the match. True, now the details are starting to emerge, you can see that it was the right decision

David McGoldrick has opted to join Port Vale rather than Forest...

David McGoldrick has opted to join Port Vale rather than Forest... Sigh. Forest are charging £5 to those with ticket stubs from the LEIC game for the 'replay'. £10 for next weeks Johnstone Paints game v PETE.

I find it hard to believe McGoldrick would choose Vale over us if we were still going for him. They have to charge something for the replayed game. The coppers and the staff won't work for nowt!

No, you don't get what i mean. I find it very hard to believe that he would choose Vale over us if we were still going in for him. I think we pulled out of the deal.

It might be that he chose them, but it doesn't make sense. We're a bigger and better club, he has his family here, it's his home town and it's less of a distance from Southampton.

Part of it was Soton wouldn't loan him to us, but meh, who cares as he isn't coming here. Hopefully we wont end up with Hartson.

If not, he'll be a pylon. By all accounts, McGoldrick was all set to join us on loan until a last minute hitch apparently. Wonder what that was.

He may have felt it'd be easier to win a place and make a name for himself there than here. Not that it matters. If we sign no-one today the unrest will grow. Generally it is looking like a quiet deadline day.

Dobie has gone. To Swindon or Aberdeen.
We look extremely light up front now. Only got Holt, Tyson and Agogo, with Commons providing an extreme option.

Agogo is off to the African Nations too January time. I thought Dobie going was dependant on us signing another striker? Still hope he's gone anyway. Useless player.

Bastians is fairly hopeless in his main position as a left winger, so i dread to think how bad he'd be up front. We really need another striker. Thank god we can still bring in loanees throughout autumn.

Bringing in loan players seems difficult for Forest. Something needs to be done quickly because currently we aren't scoring goals.

Forest 2-3 Peterborough
Forest start scoring but compensate by conceding at the other end.
What joy.
