Yep.
£160 tickets.
Taxi's
2 days of food.
2 days of various booze.
Usually a dabble in the Casino on the Saturday evening.
I had reckoned on £400-£500.

He's included his bar bill. Exactly Yotes - but that's why i'm shocked! Thought it would be way more than £500!

All over! Brilliant atmosphere. Cheeky 5 pints and a 50% refund on today's ticket. Good stuff.

Lost to Surrey in the semi's of the one day cup by 4 runs, guttered Bogus. To get that close after such a poor start was a top effort.

Blimey, England look a decent test team nowadays. Away at no1 team in the world, South Africa and really taking it to them.
Excellent stuff. Ben Stokes, awesome!

What a fantastic win by England, chasing down 230 run in a T20 international to beat South Africa

There are some seriously good players in the under 19 side Batting wise at the moment opening is a problem and no 3. Lawrence at Essex may well be a future solution and Abel at Somerset a possibility - Hales may step up, but he has not made the most of his 5 day chances. Burnham at Durham has potential, while Sam Curran and Matthew Fisher look trip notch. Not all make it through, but these are some of the best at this level for many years.

West Indies due the unthinkable and beat India, big hitting Gale out for a handful of runs and still Windies win in with 2 ball remaining, sets up a final against England on Sunday

Was checking the score in the period breaks, looked like we were going to win at the last check. 4 sixes in 4 deliveries to win it though, have to take your hat off to that.

Gutted for him. A real talent, and I hope that he excels in whatever he does next.

Shocked by this, got a text off a mate that just said 'shocking news about James Taylor'. I just assumed that he'd been dropped from the test squad or had signed for another county. Never expected this. Gutted for him.

Was at Headingley when he made his test Debut. Baffled it took so long for him to play again. Spent a lot of time bemaoning it to many people. He finally gets what he deserves and starts to prove his talent and then this happens. Gutted for the guy. Good for him he has a great work ethic and if he applies that to wahtever he does next he can still have a succesful life. Not going to fill the hole of living his dream though. Hope the PCA & Notts give him the support he needs.
