Its amazing our website is such lacking in news of updateswhen we can expect a announcement , the last signing 4 weeks a go and the website not updated in almost a week The Panthers have just moved office`s and they are still not on the Internet But that does not stop Neil Black up-dating it from London, as he has done in the past Is their office still in Nottingham though. Might explain why the sites not updated though

You can t compare Wally to Karlander as ones a centre and plays a different role but you can compare him to Welch and wally wins hands down for me. His wraparounds being his trademark

His wraparounds being his trademark so he is better than welch because he has good wraparounds?? ;D Only joking , i suppose i meant high profile , karlander and welch are proven winners in this league. any way its all very inetersting

I know thats what i thought, but i have heard it from two different people today that it was in the printed version. The Online Echo for yesterday now says No players name is mentioned though, Yep the online edition was like it all day with no player named mentioned. But maybe they kept the name for people actually buying the paper as he was definatly in the version you could buy in the newsagents

Am I right in thinking that Jason Silverthorn was the name mentioned by the Echo...?

Interesting to note that Wallenbergs previous club have not signed him for the upcoming season either, they now have a full roster and no number 6 has been signed..

Looking on the panthers website still no official announcement that there will be a signing at all this week, so this is all speculation. Personally Im glad Welch has gone elsewhere, did not particularly rate him as some do on here. Wallenberg - well we'll see but I am getting pretty frustrated at the lack of info coming through with only just over 4 weeks to go. I don't imagine for one minute there is a problem finding suitable players, im just kinda desperate for some news that makes the season feel a little closer.

i think we're all pretty desperate for another signings since the last one was mcaslan around 6 weeks ago! it would be nice for the website to keep us updated though, that for me is the most frustrating thing, the lack of news coming from the OS. even if its something simple like a player blog (like belfast have done) or something like that, its an extra something to keep us occupied and some more material to read through. So im hoping that there will be some news through sooner rather than later.
anybody have any ideas for the new D-man apart from Ricci and Komerek?

Can I be controversial and suggest that if we're dying on the vine simply because Panthers haven't given us something to read on the website it's a bit sad? I mean come on people, seriously!
With the info I've had I'll be surprised if it's Wally tomorrow, from what I know that potential deal totally fell through, but he would be an excellent signing.
