If you go to theMcaslan thread and now click the link on the first post, and look at the transferts it has both PC drouin and Welch down as leaving Morzine for Panthers, as someone as said it being in bold apparently means it's confirmed. If so I think we have the other 2nd line winger with Moline ;D
PS McAslan still unconfirmed at Amiens, lets hope for a couple of signing announcements soon.

interesting daddio, as the ones in BOLD are confirmed and the mcaslan one to Amiens is in normal type so unconfirmed, i guess we ll have to watch this space in the next few days.
id be happy with a 2nd line of Welch Richardson Molin

ANY GM in the league would sell their daughter (or son in our case ) for that 2nd line! lol

I'm not so sure that Molin will be on the 2nd line yet, I think that Drouin may have that spot.

Maybe so and if Dan does sign then perhaps Ellis will want them linking up again.
PC a 2nd liner, not bad eh ;D

Welch and Drouin also played together last year too... Molin would probably get a better points production teamed up with McAslan IMO. Compared to a line of Hand and Campbell, Welch and Richardson may not help his game as much, whereas Drouin's experience could bring on Richie's game massively! McAslan, Centre, Molin (who also played centre last year) Welch, Richardson, Drouin

Anything along those lines would be very pleasing
If mac and Dan have signed theres decent firepower there to perhaps match coventry

Isn't Richardson pretty quick though? Wouldn't it therefore make sense to play him alongside the speedy Molin?

Why do they wait so long, the longer they wait, the more likely someone will post that they have signed from another source.

TBH honest LOTR , the net nowadays is such a powerful info tool, nothing is keep quiet for long.
That sight im not familer with but its correct with the transfers of Stevie Lyle and Evan Cheverie and yeah the confirmed ones on that side are the ones in bold, if theres any truth in this expect something this week

To be honest Richardson isnt that quick, he certainly isnt slow but he has a much more patient style of play to his game Welch can get points, however in the two cup finasl i saw the Blaze play Welch went and hid in both of them same as Cheverie so Ellis iwll ahve to get that out of him. and quick.

So is Mark Richardson a Centre? Always thought he played on the wing.
Drouin/Richardson/Welch would be a speedy line but not much size there.

We have size at the back just not too much in the forwards.

He has skill in abundance so wouldn t need to power himself through the defences would he,
Plenty of nut megs here and there should do the trick ;D

I think that would be a decent line, some of the best lines last year didnt have much size, the mark smith line for instance didnt have much physical presence.

i always thought PC was a LW and Molin a RW, therefore both could play on the first line centred by Mac/or his replacement.
as far as i know Welch can play on either wing and id expect him to be centred by Richardson and alongside one of the last import signings.
my third line would be Cooke Myers Levers

Then of course we had Sample who isnt the biggest but will put his bopdy on the line every shift. Throwing checks and digging in the corners. Smithy wouldnt back down from throwing checks either. Coventry's first line was less physical which ultimatley is why we had a better record against them imo.

Mcaslan won t play centre even if he took the ocasional face off last year.
Where does Ryan fit into you plans?
