They'll probably all be wrong so I'm distancing myself already! ;D GM is not the GM anymore. Craighead will be involved with the Panthers next season. And I don't mean as a player. Clarke to Germany. Krajicek may join him. Myers to Cardiff or Nott'm- dependent on offers. Meyers to return. Macca not to. Shmyr to return. Stevens, Petricko and Rees may too. Neilson to get a better offer abroad which will stop him from returning. Rasto to return. Stancock may be on the same flight with him!! Paul Moran to find a new club. No idea where. Manchester and Newcastle seem good bets.

1. GM is not the GM anymore. 2. Craighead will be involved with the Panthers next season. And I don't mean as a player. 3. Clarke to Germany. 4. Krajicek may join him. 5. Myers to Cardiff or Nott'm- dependent on offers. 6. Meyers to return. 7. Macca not to. 8. Shmyr to return. 9. Stevens, Petricko and Rees may too. 10. Neilson to get a better offer abroad which will stop him from returning. 11. Rasto to return. 12. Stancock may be on the same flight with him!! 13. Paul Moran to find a new club. No idea where. Manchester and Newcastle seem good bets. Here's my take on this and what I've heard/thought!! 1. I have heard this too, and judging by his face when he was on the ice it wouldn't suprise me. 2. I would have thought he'd be with us next year!! Why would he have been up on the balcony with the trophy!? Have heard he will be taking over Calle's job as Assistant Coach, because Calle will be taking over someone else's job!! (hint - See above ) 3. I think this rumour has a lot of strength, Clarkie needs to Challenge himself and there will be a lot more money on offer to him over there. 4. Not sure about this one. He's been over here for 3 years and is coming to the end of his career. I reckon he'll be in England or will return to Czech. The fact his girlfriend does love it here may be crucial. 5. I think that one is 100% correct. He will either be here or there, can't see him being anywhere else. 6. I think that one is almost a done deal. Danny has said that he will always want to play under Ellis as he owes him a lot. He will be getting plenty of offers from every club in the EIHL, but he'll stay with Ellis. 7. Can't see him staying here tbh. Good player but can be lazy/uninterested at times. Heard that Gallant would like him on his line in the DEL!! 8. Not heard anything about this one, but would love it to be true!! Think Ellis will definately want him and he'll be one of the first ones he talks to. 9. Not sure about Stevens, he has enjoyed it here and said he likes it. Who knows. Rees will be back for one more year IMO, loves it here and he'll be under Ellis again so I think that one is true. Petricko, will be back too IMO. He wants to come back and Ellis wants him back so as long as the deal is not stupidly unrealistic he'll be here. 10. I thought that at first, but I reckon he'll also be back. 11. Sounds like it will happen. Gary Moran said on the ice something about "saying goodbye for now" yesterday!! 12. This rumour I would love to come true and tbh I think it will!! 13. I think Newcastle is where he'll end up next year!!

i agree with most of those predictions but i think krajicek will be back and i think myers has a house in nottm with his girl friend so maybe that will influence his decision, also, corey seemed quite certain he wanted to return but yes maybe he will get a beter offer abroad.

1)Dont care dont like him never have 2)Would be nice but can't see it myself 3)Not good enough IMO if he does go h'll come back to the EIHL for someone 4)He'll be back one of the 1st to sign I thinks 5)He'll be at one or the other 6)This i think will happen before the end of the month 7)I think he'll be back 8)Yes for me think he'll be just after meyers 9)Stevens NO, Rees for sure, maty Yes 10)Nope 11)Nope 12)would be good but dont think so 13)Back at shuff

I agree with all of the above things but Robert Stancock doesn't hide the fact that he would love to come back to Nottingham so think as long as the offer is there he'll be a yes.
I think a lot of the team will be the same but wondered about Neilson (just 'cuz) & McAslan & Stevens for some reason 'cuz of their ladywives having babies. Not a major problem I know but guess it depends on their wives feelings & their own dedications to wives & hockey! I'd like whole team back so we can build on what foundations have been laid this season.
Heard today (not sure if I read it in NEP) that while Ellis is away GM is in talks with British players & couldn't help but think to myself who? His son!!

Stevens' wife told my hairdresser(!) a few weeks ago that he'd already arranged to go elsewhere next season. I've been hearing rumours that Ashley Tait may be one of the Brits being spoken to.

Agreed, would love to see Tait back in Nottingham (plus it would get a few female friends of mine back watching the Panthers again).

You could at least try to write English Alex, please. As for Tait staying in coventry as in most things in life i guess it depends on the money...

We can't afford Clarke and Tait. But if Clarke does go to Germany then Tait is about the only person I can think of that would be a suitable replacement.

Well true. Was just saying I guess Tait and Clarke are amongst the top Brit earners in the league so affording them both would leave less for imports. But then we wouldn't need 10 imports if we had both of those guys!

Tait would be a class signing, if we could get him and DC then awesome. Love DC but had a poor end to the season for me, trevor came in and looked dangerous going forward as did Sean but DC lost something, maybe he's already made him mind up.
Dont want Matus back, Joe will retire, not sure about #76, yes to Meyers, Myers, all the James's, Reeser, Rasto, Jimmy, Ryan, House (maybe), Sean, NO to Craighead.

Can't see Ash coming back here TBH. The last I heard he would never come back if one particular person was still with the Panthers organization & they are still here.
Sounds like wishful thinking to me.
