Heard from a very reliable source this morning, that Stevo maybe back next season.
As suspected by many of us Steve was approached by Sheffield to PARADE in a Steelers shirt, and only play the two games for them. He actually declined because he enjoyed the atmosphere and fans in Nottingham.
So all you Panthers fans that weren't sure about Steve, I hope I have convinced you that he wore his shirt with pride for the club, and please do not be intimidated by those teal and orange people up the road.
Steve was truly upset at leaving the Nottingham Panthers and I for one hope that he will wear the Black and Gold shirt next season.

How can you say he declined when hes pictured wearing the shirt? He has bitter feelings for Notts so i think certain people would have to be gone for him to come back. If the move hadnt been blocked he would have played for them. I have no problem with that. To be honest im bored with the whole thing. Forget about him, lets see who the new guy is.

i'd love to see him back, but what a pointless post. Sorry, but you might as well just say " I have it, from a reliable source that Sidney Crosby is signing for the Panthers next year!!"

Yes Steve loved the Panthers and Nottingham until he was gassed, when asked on Saturday night, yes he would love to be back but only under different circumstances and he will not play for Mr Ellis again.

Cant blame him. Sacked over the phone and not allowed to play your notice. How cheap and stupid.

Have you not heard fo computers? anyone can alter a picture to suit their needs someone would have to be mega bored to do that, and i don't think anyone who fits that criteria is intelligent enough I'd be delighted to have Simoes back. What exactly did he do wrong? He was a third-liner for lords sake!

did his job... unlike some 'too good for this country' D men For someone who copied his celebration in training, you don't half get on his case. I thought this was the Simmer thread!

has he ever said he is too good for this country? no didnt think so, there has been an improvement of late. Corey is a proven D man, unfortuanatly he hasnt had the best season this season but he is working at it.
