In an unexpected move, Nottingham Panthers today launched their Limited Edition Play-Off kit, to be worn during the 8 Play-Off Qualifying games and the Play-Off Finals. A Club spokesman said "This special Limited Edition kit has been produced in response to numerous requests from our fans. It reinforces some of the strong bonds we have with our local sponsors, and projects the image of what the Nottingham Panthers are really about." "Coach Adey has always advocated the inclusion of red in our shirts, and we think that this one incorporates it well and really hits the spot!" Replica shirts will be available at selected participating outlets by September 2005. www.petalsofllanelli.co.uk/images/Panthers Play-off kit.jpg[/img]

Wearing gold. Increasing our links with McD's. Another bit of brilliant business by the GMB Panthers. Well done GM from everyone on this 'little forum'.

SUPPLEMENTARY PRESS RELEASE: Even more great news for Panthers fans! Redundant supplies of John Craighead wigs have been died red over the weekend, and will be available in the Arena shop to fans attending the Cardiff game, to complement the new Play-Off Kit, although the replica shirts ordered from Afghanistan may still not be available until September 2005. Additionally, a new sponsor has been announced especially for the Play-Offs - 'CHICKEN TONIGHT'. The normal game intro will be changed, and the team will take the ice to the strains of 'I feel like Chicken Tonight'. Special promotion rubber chickens will be distributed during the game, and fans are requested to join in the end of game celebrations by throwing the chickens on to the ice. A Club spokesman commented "A small-scale pilot of this celebration was undertaken at the Coventry game, and was such a success, we decided to make it an integral part of the game night experience!"

Brill. I'd love to paste a certain GM's head on the shoulders, but he probably wouldn't see the funny side a la Allison. ;D

Have you patented the outfit??? Unfortunately, the design does carry a Copyright for the Panthers Rink Advertising Team, aka PRAT! However, franchises can be negotiated
