I have just purchased the Mark Messier autobiography and the first chapter is about his Dad Doug, who played one season for the Panthers 1954. Does anyone remember him??

The chances are that if you remember him you'd be nearly 70. I've asked my dad, who went to the Panthers from the first season and is now 81, but he can't remember him. Burt then he can't remember who played for us last season these days It was actually 57/58 and he got 5+35 in 53 games with 107 PIMS.
