eat, watch TV, sit in front of the computer, sleep.
That helps cos then im not knackered when I step on!
Ha ha... I walk to Derby from mine every day to get the bus, thats about 30 mins each way. I got some weights... which I havent used in a while...
Not forgetting a good diet. I tried supplements recently but found they didnt really seem to helping much besides making me do smelly farts.
I did take creatine for a bit... which again helped a bit with my stamina but I think I needed a bit more besides to make it count

Sprint reps up hills are good.
Run for over 100mts then jog back down. Do at least 8.
Then start looking for steeper hills.
Good for stamina building
