O.O greasley sports hall is where i got to the gym at, might have to check this stuff out.
Is it as physical as ice hockey, i.e can you check and (ahem) enforce with fists?

We don't wear full ice hockey kit, but it is physical.

Monday nights at Greasley leisure Centre. Not sure what time, but if you call the leisure centre manager, Rob Doughty, he'll tell you.

I have been approached as regards a 'one-off' game of Gym-Hoc by Andy Green , for the 'old boys'. Considering this may be against a present side at their venue , maybe a two legged game I'd say with a return to a neutral place. Any old bone creakers out there who used to run amok (is that the spelling?)......PM me. There are 5 of us and possible newbees to strenghten for 'fly change' due to oxygen intake needed off gym. Adey Dring has confirmed with a search for his brother Steve and Martin Gould. How many of us are still at the Arena watching the Panthers? Anyone know where James (who worked at the hockey shop across the road) sits?

Cheers.

I will inform the 'messanger' come organiser? Andy Green of this at the next match. Greasley mob (who endeavour to trip out to the wilds of chechoslovakia (cuffing ek!)....seem to be interested in a showdown. Thought you might still be playing a game or two already?

The Arnold Wolves are up for a game against the 'old crew'.
We'd probably organise for a Sunday at Harvey Hadden. Drop me a message and we can discuss further.
We'll ref for you when you play the Greasley lot if you want.

A mini tournament could be organised if we could get enough interested parties. Any teams or potential teams who are interested send me a mail and I'll sort it.

I can't even think what the squad number should be. With about 11 players we have two lines, that should be enough. Thus a 3 team tourney. Arnold, Greasley mob and Gym re-United.... ;D

We could probably get a 4th team as well. We normally find a 2 - 3 hour slot on a sunday afternoon at harvey hadden or Portland suits most people. Is this time slot convenient for Gym re-United?

3 or 4 team tournament would be good.
You probably want between 9 and 15 players.

I am neither the originator/organiser (old boys) nor want to be for this one guys.Just a messanger. Informed Andy of the interest but with one home game plus a PO game I would have hoped things would have got started re contacts by now. But there seems little interest and I've retired from all that scene now.Soz Can only say I have passed the info on so far.But nothing seems concrete regards actioning to me.

Spik,
I've sent you a message with my e-mail address in. Could you pass this onto the old boys in case they want to organise something once the season is over.
Cheers.
Rob.
