Id love that wwe long poster outside the arena, any ideas how could get my hands on it?
Last WWE/WWF show I went to was in Sheffield I think and it was Randy Savage vs Ric Flair soooo many moons ago.
Triple H there?
To me its no way near as good as the days of savage, hogan, warrior and all

I just don't get/understand WWF, WWE or whatever they want to call it. We all know it's not real, so what exactly is the point?. Is it 'Panto' for adults?. I aint knocking it... I just don't get it!

I got called "gay" once because I didn't like wrestling. Yeah, i'm gay because i don't like adult men wearing very few, tight clothes grappling with each other

I didn't say it was crap, I just don't understand it, or the attraction. What is it about?. It is very well done, &chereographed(?)..but I just don't see the point in it. We know it's all fake, they know it's all fake, but people still get caught up in the whole thing - the whole 'macho' fearsome, ranting, male ballet.

I was there (don't worry I didn't part with any cash, I was there in a kind of professional capacity). All I could think through most of the evening was .... "HUH?!" What is that all about?! I've seen better acting on Neighbours & they clearly weren't hitting each other hard enough to hurt each other. There were grown adults there (lots of them!) that were actually taking it seriously, and paying £50 for the privilege! Also, I don't think I've seen so many mullets and/or Burberry caps under one roof! (OK, I've not been to the SkyDome yet) I think the mullets were real too ... not sure about the Burberry caps tho

It is kinda like panto, when i watched it in the late 80's early 90's i just loved the storylines. I knew it was fake but I didnt care, its classed as sports entertainment and thats all it is, never a real sport.
But its abit of fun and harmless enough, all tho i feel no where near as good as it was in its prime.

This might sound like a stupid question, but was it a basic sell out or were there not all that many people there? Just wondered how popular WWE was over here now

There were a few empty seats in block 1 and 19(or is it 18?) but other than that the place looked full. Unfortunately, it seems WWE is more popular in this country than ice hockey. I guess this shouldn't be a huge surprise, if ice hockey was more popular it'd get the TV coverage instead of WWE.

I was a fan of WWE taped every viewing...i really dont know why i liked it,it was the storylines that really clicks you to it. from 2002 i started watching it less then i just didnt watch it.
Its not a sport..its drama. just like that Celebrity Wrestling.
