Stars can be a different kettle of potatoes in their own Dundee Ice Arena. A heck of a long trek on a Sunday night with the local "Sturgeons" in full voice. I am afraid this might end up in a horror story. The Grapes Count = Stars 3 : Panthers 1.

Double Stars has to, and will, equal 4 points.

Fight between Horvat and Gans, some good punches landed by the Panther.

1-0 Panthers, the captain snipes one top right. Nice goal.

Meanwhile, 3-1 Panthers, Betteridge with a greasy one and Bulmer with a rocket on the PP. Bulmer also goading the Stars fans after he scored!

3-2 final.
Tighter than it should have been in the final couple of minutes but a much needed 4 points in the bag. Especially if Manchester see it out against Cardiff and Belfast mess up v Fife.

3-2 Panthers is the final score. Plenty of powerplay time for the Stars but overall I thought we controlled the game and won it comfortably. Good momentum for this week.

Good momentum for this week. We might need it. Blaze are spanking Flames 7-0. Considering before tonight Flames allowed the least goals in the league, that's an eye opener!

Lepine offering Gans and Schoenborn out but neither have the guts😂 Why would they, they need points they ain’t there to feed Lepines ego. Plus in fairness he is a has been. I still think Panthers will finish above Steelers.

Lepine offered him out, as I’d expect any player to do, but Schoenborn bottled it. Nothing to do with his ego, he just responded as you should, like your beloved Louis would. Anyway, I hope you’re right with your last comment. Our games against them over the New year are pivotal to how our season pans out I feel.

9 different point scorers for 3 goals is pretty unusual. 15 different on ice players for those 3 goals is very, very unusual.

As much as I agree about feeding the troll, Last season Lepine was terrible. and to start he wasn't much better IMHO. but the last few games, he looks to have found a delorean and hit 88... as we have the 1st time round player back.
