The number on here is indeed very small compared to a typical home crowd. However, their views are nether-the-less totally valid; and although you or I have no way of proving either way, the opinions on the Cage could actually represent the views of a sizeable chunk of the typical home crowd - who knows? As an example of how a very small number of opinions can actually virtually mirror the opinions of a massive number of people - I wanted Brexit, my other half didn't; so you can't claim the views on the Cage are not representative of a larger number - you simply don't know! Maybe they are the views of the masses... However many here complain that those in charge are only in it for the money so why would the voice of the fans, no matter what the size, be of any importance? We are nothing to the Panthers in this place, anyone claiming we are has delusions of grandeur.

Neither Black nor Moran read the forum. I can gaurantee that. It's read by the media team to some extent, but possily only when they are bored & need a laugh.
We really aren't as important on here as some of us think we are.
Absolutely. There's what, 20 odd "regular" posters on here? That's not many out of a 6,000 crowd. Even less as a fair few of those regulars don't even attend games most of the time. This tiny, self-selecting slice of the fan base is on no way at all "representative" of fans' views as a whole. One of those 20 odd being YOU ! 😆

ME, long standing home and away supporter for many years. Then home with some away. Then no ST. This is far more to do with change in circumstance AND being a discerning fan.Gave up on following the same old in many variety's. That be the on ice play offered each season, club non involvement with fans and the governing body who care not for tradition/history and probably know less than those watching when it comes to 'involvement' It's a job and 'being in there' rather than the whole deal. So I am still very much interested in the sport but have chosen other things in preference. I see everyone's point here but that, in the end, is not how those in charge ever can come around to taking on board.

Devils took a lot of penalties tonight, probably out of frustration. Not sure what happened to the Blaze goalie but he was stretchered off. I watched the Storm vs Fife tonight as I thought the other games would be a whitewash. Now for us to show what we’re made of tomorrow.

Some good results tonight for us I think. I’m hoping there will already be a seed of doubt in Cardiffs mind after they blew the 2 goal leads against us in the last game and now they’ve just had a stinker at home to Coventry. We’ve had an extra days rest, let’s make it fast, intense and physical tomorrow, playntonout potential and fight for everything.
No better time to face them than now. Let’s get behind the boys tomorrow!

Not sure what happened to the Blaze goalie but he was stretchered off. According to some on Facebook, the Coventry netminder got crocked by one of his own team-mates! Either elbow or knee, it's not clear. One person even said it was Noble wot dun it!

Cardiff take Pens because of frustration... yet when Panthers take Pens it's indiscipline!! You gotta love the cage 😂😂

Nikiforuk got 4 points tonight aswell. Blaze have a good team this year but they’ll be worried if the goalie is crocked. Hoping for a good game tomorrow fingers crossed Anyone heard anything about Guptill, someone at. forest match today reckons he’s gone...(again)

If he’s been let go I don’t think he would have stuck around to watch the game, do you?

The Devils have had a bad few games recently conceding a lot of goals, Blaze played well and deserved the win last night no excuses. I know it’s mentioned all the time but by god the officiating In some games are a joke, I have never seen a game where so many calls get missed and so many devils players get called for abuse of officials. It’s like Darnell had a argument with his girlfriend at home and took it out on us last night everything we said or did he penalised us. I have never seen Lord so angry in 3 years he been in charge

I have never seen Lord so angry in 3 years he been in charge Devils have a lot of big mouthed players on their team though, Ben Blood leads that pack. It's stupid to speculate that players said nothing wrong to officials, nobody but those on the ice know. And we all know that once a player is on an officials radar you should expect that the official will become much stricter, what others would let go, they might not. I hope Blood and co. are still in a hissy fit tonight and that a couple dodgy calls see's them blow their top. I'd also quite enjoy seeing Lepine go toe to toe with Blood.

So who are all these big mouthed players we have, pray explain yourself. Would be interesting to see who you come up with, without tossing a coin that is.

Well joey Martin is very quiet and he had abuse official, Same as Morissette he’s our captain and he had abuse of official too, Darnell had another terrible game imo.

Biggest problem Cardiff had last night was sloppy line changes and a bad night for Bowns. They played the good old Panthers trick of underestimating your opponents to their cost. Morris was quite excellent.

It’s always the refs fault and Panthers fans are very good at that too but if you give space and you have Bowns in the nets you are going to ship goals. Did you see how many shots Noble blocked last night? That guy bleeds Coventry Blaze.

Yes noble is under rated imo, He does his job very good.
Looking forward to tonight’s game it could go either way. Special teams win the game tonight I reckon.
