Trevor Gillies is rumoured to be heading to Braehead along with Brendan Brooks' re-signing. That'd be interesting.

Couple from the Gb game last night David Phillips to steelers Brian Stewart to pull out of his deal to sign for steelers Lacho trying Europe Betteridge back to the epl Lacho trying for Europe is an annual rumour and based on this season he'd be lucky to get a contract out there. Simply not good enough.

Sheffield don't resign Pinc which adds some fuel to fire that Stewart is heading to Yorkshire

Wouldn't want Sol. We've got Cam for any fights and no nonsense stuff, can't have an Import Defencman for that too. We've already got Waugh and Dimmen next season and they tend to be quite defensive in that they won't really take much crap from anyone in front of net or poke checking the goalie. If we had a player like Batch, he'd fit the role Sol would play quite well and i know who i'd prefer.

One of the Scottish teams or Manchester i think most likely if rumour is true. Are we sure Dimmen and Waugh are here next year. Nowhere did it say when they were signed that they were on two year deal or two year uni courses the only on that has stated that is Moran and thats the only one confirmed on Elite Prospects too. If they are on a one year deal they are the two from this years team i wouldn't want back, been very underwhelmed by both.

I think we're going by the Schmidt was at uni on a 2yr course, and those two (and Moran) are at uni, therefore...
But you're right, no confirmation was ever given. But then neither was there any word that Mosey was already on a 2yr deal. It's one of the many strange things Gary does.

Eddie interviewed Waugh on the ice and asked him if he's looking forward to next season (with us) and his response was what got Checking it Out removed from Youtube for a day as he swore with excitement! I'm sure i've heard either other players or Corey mention those two are back next year so the task now would be to try and retain the core of the remaining guys.

Betteridge to Sheffield I've heard, although I don't believe it my self, hopefully he will stay.
Dimmen said at the awards night that he was on the uni deal for 2 years so will definitely be here next season.

Maybe be a Lepine type player. if hes anywhere near what he was like then I would definitely take Cody Sol. Sol puts up more points and similar penalty minutes.

Cody sol goes out just looking for fights. A bit like Lizon did. Definitely would prefer more of a defensive d man like Beckett

Hes got better +/- stats than Lepine, a better points production and similar PIMs
