Heard Cam on radio Nottingham this morning. Yep, he's fired up. Fired up to the point he's calming himself down. I could sit and listen to him all day, how I'd love to be a fly on the wall in our dressing room on Sunday. Owen, if you read this, could you put a link up to the interview please?
From the EIHL website, Darnell and Smith are the refs for this match. Lets hope with the extended coverage on the BBC they wont c0ck it up by trying to be centre stage (ice) or with poor decisions and lose control.
Ironically, now that it is possible to see the team on the box in this final. I will be stuck inside the Motorpoint watching 4th Impact with the missus...........come back with the silverware please folks.
Just checked out the arena website to see how the tickets were going, and it is saying that it's sold out.
Thought that there might be a rush after last night, but that's spectacular. Guess the Tin Shed is likely to be Black & Gold tomorrow.
It has said that for at least a few days. It is some sort of error because the buy tickets link on the same page still takes you through to chose seats. Then you can see there is plenty available in neutral blocks.
A friend of mine paniced and nearly didn't buy when he saw it. Once I told him to carry on anyway he was fine.
Bit of a bad mistake to make mind. Could have cost somebody a chunk of cash. Although i'm sure most would have sussed it in the end even if they had to ring the box office.
From box office sales, there will be around 6500~ people there with 4000+ of those being Panthers fans. Hopefully it's only our barmy fans that turn up tomorrow to show the part time fans on BBC Online what a real atmosphere sounds like! Devils usually outsing us when they have 200 people to our 5000+ at the NIC, wonder how we'll cope against 2000 devils! Sheffield struggled to outsing the devils in the last challenge cup despite having around 7500 fans there!
