He's a ‘Making the Cut’ winner, a TV star, great guy in the locker room, a lefty, some fan are never satisfied.
As the saying goes "be careful what you wish for"

Does this mean that Mosey will be going back up front?

Maybe this is a sign that there's not a huge range of true quality players available? Give the moaning a rest for a few minutes guys.

This guy is going to be a top Dman.
The only question will be early fitness,if he's fit he will do what Jason Beckett did and that was bloody good.

You pay peanuts Dan you get monkeys and imho that's all this signing is costing especially when you consider this guy has spent this season in what is a rec league.. Now Quick on the other hand quality signing but that has its own thread, I suspect Macdonald will be sat out when all the players are fit..

The guy has great pedigree, think this is a decent signing as it is what we need. Seen reports from people who have watched him in Austria and they said he was their top line shut down stay at home D man. Highly doubt he would of been at the same club in the top flight Austrian league if he wasn't a good D man, have to factor things in that we don't know maybe the sudden drop to rec level was due to personal reasons seeing as he has been working with his family business, for example, crisis in the business etc.?
I agree Quick is the higher quality signing but both signings have certainly strengthened our D. Can't write MacDonald off yet as he might end up being a great find like Mosey was, as EMB mentioned in an earlier post on a different thread.

He's got a good pedigree this guy.
I think we will see the five import d as a fixture and it will be Lawrence and Janssen sitting out depending on who we are playing.

A good signing, as stated Brad Moran played with him in Austria so I presume Neilson will have spoken to Brad about this guy, if Brad is recommending him then he looks like a good one

After seeing him play a couple of times now I can only assume he hasn't played much this year for personal reasons or something like that, the guy is class. Seems to have brought the best out of Waugh too!

Angel Nikolov will always be one of my favourite players to wear a panthers shirt. Never played a bad shift.

We'd had a bad record with short term euros (Liscak and another forgettable one) but Angel more than made up for it.

Angel got 1+3 in a 5-2 Challenge Cup victory against Braehead.

There we go then! The guy was just incredible. Someone I knew was volunteering for the panthers at the time and apparently he is a big yoga enthusiast and used to sit in the corridor before games just doing yoga. Clearly helped him with his calming influence
