Christoffer Bengtsberg to Sheffield wont happen , with the new goalie rules he hasn't played 75% of games for previous clubs. Even though he is eu still needs a work permit .

I'd heard that the Blackhawks were going to draft him, and eventually he would become a naturalised US citizen so he could play for them in the Olympics. i'm sceptical myself but...

He's Swedish. apologies yes any eu goalie would be fine unless they put a restriction on itc cards . Certainly makes for a lot of Europeans coming into the league netminder wise .
