I see that normal service has been resumed on the Panthers website this morning: " The 1-2 win for Nottingham in Cardiff lifts them to second in the standings a point behind Braehead and Belfast with two games in hand."

They corrected that one quickly, the power of the Cage I'm more concerned about Gary's current identity crisis: A club spokeswoman said : "We never have to pour petrol on the rivalry that is a Panthers versus Steelers clash, but even before the results went our way last night the box office reported the available seats in the bowl for Saturday as being less than a thousand and selling well. "Everyone's heard the advice before but the sold-out signs are due for a dusting down at some point this week, there may be the odd seat left come Saturday face-off but we wouldn't risk waiting. Fans urging newcomers to try ice hockey for the first time need to remind them this game tends to sell-out."

I wish someone WOULD pour petrol on the "rivalry".
More passion in games against the Blaze than Steelers.
A nice brawl in warmup will suffice!!

The Blaze is the new rivalry and they should sell it as such. I've been to more flat Steelers games than Blaze. Causal fans come to the Steelers games expecting more than they get and leave disappointed.

Maybe get close to a sell out for that one with a bit of a push.

Possibly. He's maybe been confused for a while, but I can't believe anyone else at Panthers HQ is as concerned with the dusty sold out signs as Gary. Does GM in drag bear thinking about? No

But I can't believe anyone else at Panthers HQ is as concerned with the dusty sold out signs as Gary. It amazes me how dusty those signs get!

I'm sure only two people work in the office anyway, gary and Sarah (?) but I doubt they would interview her lol. I'm 100% sure that Gary writes everything on there. Happy to be proved wrong.

Doesn't Rick Strachan's wife work there too? Can't imagine anyone apart from GM being the Panthers mouthpiece though?!

No As long as he doesn't appear on The Locker Room dressed like it - they would lose even more viewers (if they have any left that is)

You mean Gary's there, already wearing his best frock, looking fabulous, and would be a sure fire ratings sensation?

However assumptions come before conclusions. So maybe we can assume anything until quotes are given names to them.
