Mac Faulkner to Fife was rumoured on twitter This has been going around up here in Fife since the end of the season and comes through the friendship between Nickerson and Faulkner and also because I believe that Faulkner has relatives who live in Fife

If those 2 are too good we really have had it, and our ambitions are at a all time low.

How many Uni places do we have to negotiate with, and have any been taken up so far?

If those 2 are too good we really have had it, and our ambitions are at a all time low. Another problem which nobody's really mentioned yet is that we don't even have any toughness yet. AND we need our last 4 to be superstars! You don't get many enforcers who can be your number 1 D and your main assists man for Graham.

.....You don't get many enforcers who can be your number 1 D..... To be honest I've never been a fan of D-man enforcers. Given enforcers are likely to spend time sat in the box its far better to have enforcers who are forwards, as its easier to 'soak up' their loss. This is why, generally, enforcers are wingers.

i wouldnt say they were too good now,
Shay has a poor year last year by his standards in the norwegian league, and Logan may wish to join his brother.
but these are the type of calibre players which will appease a few people on here because of their resumes prior to joining

What about Colt King, puts up numbers and was the best fighter in the league when he played in Sheffield, tagged dolled lepine and we all know he can fight. Just a suggestion that id be happy to see the. Corey can look at points players and solid d men. Kings stays are decent he'll get 20 goals from being in front of the net like salters did

Shawn Thornton released by Boston Bruins, might he be Belfast bound, has family living here so not beyond the realms.
Don't think it would happen so soon out of NHL perhaps a few more years down the line.

Perhaps, but as it is DS I think a bit more substantial. Ha ha ha ha. Oh, you were being serious! DS the BS goes for quanity over quality, working the law of averages until it squeaks. About the only rumours I'd ever trust him about are Steelers ones, but even then a pinch of salt may be required. That is the kind of quality insight you get from an estate agent who hangs about hockey people.

He will be 37 this coming season so not out of the realms of possiblity I suppose It would be great PR for the giants if he did sign but how good of a player is he even for this league im sure he would be more of a grinder.
