Its been quite a while since we confirmed we would be staging the competition at our place and yet still no word about ticket pricing and structures. To be honest im amazed its not been released yet, if we were traveliing into Europe id want to know why so i could get travel and hotels sorted if it was cheap enough. I would have assumed that part of the bid was saying what the ticket price was

Great stuff. Will definitely be going to all the games. I hope the fans come out in force and we can sell out all 3 days.

From what I've read into it it's going to be in the region of £17 per day (2 matches), but a discount if you buy all 3 days together...

Plus ST holders get a £3 discount for weekend tickets...and get to have their own seat.
Day tickets are £15 for Friday, £17 for Saturday and £17 for Sunday. ST holders get a £1 discount per day.
Very well priced. Am a tad dissappointed that a section each hasn't been allocated to the other 3 teams though to begin with, then released on general sale a few weeks later (like the PlayOffs should be).

Fantastic news for everyone I think, whether it be season ticket holders - £3 discount, concessions - silver and bronze are £6 to £9.50 cheaper, the fans who usually just buy tickets week in week out and also anyone from the continent who wishes to follow their team.
For me, I would be highly disappointed if it's not a sellout with them prices.
Should be a good weekend and I for one am looking forward to it.

Sorry if this has been covered before, but do Panthers make any money from ticket sales for this?

The qualifying group has been playing this weekend. Results so far:
HC Viiking Sport Tallinn (EST) 8 - 3 Partizan Beograd (SCG) CSKA Sofia (BUL) 4 - 1 Bipolo Vitoria-Gasteiz (SPA)
Partizan Beograd (SCG) 5 - 3 CSKA Sofia (BUL) Bipolo Vitoria-Gasteiz (SPA) 2 - 5 HC Viiking Sport Tallinn (EST)
Looks like the Estonians based on current results

I'm guessing its because of the continental cup that GM suddenly seems to think that our arena has become "World famous" !
Am I the only one who cringes every time I hear it called that lately. Yes it's a nice arena, but "World famous",stop it Panthers, there must be dozens if not several hundred arenas around the world bigger and better than the Capital FM/NIC in Nottingham.

Unless we sell ridiculous amounts of tickets for this next week then i can see it being a diasater. Hardly any seats have been sold

Unfortunately so. We sit with 2 others as season ticket holders in Block 15 (you'd have never have guessed right?!) and they booked their seats at the weekend as they were still available weeks after the deadline.

Number of panthers non season ticket games over the last few weeks right at the beginning of the season doesn't help either I suppose.
