Personally I would have retired Fox's jersey and not Coreys. Firstly Fox was the captain and the leader and the scorer of the treble winning goal. Secondly Corey started at the Panthers in the 76 Jersey and took 77 when Carlsson went. Corey had a poor season for me on the ice took too many penalties and thats a shame as he was a great player offensive and defensive. I fully understand why the club would want to honor the coach but to me the retiring oif the shirt was not the best option. Just my opinion so don't shoot me!

You said not to shoot you but are you serious? Retire a guys shirt who played for 2 seasons?! No doubt Fox is a great player and had 2 great seasons here but no chance on this earth does his number require retirement. Corey's achievements as coach and as a player fully warrant a shirt retirement but Fox hasnt done enough here to warrant it. We could retire Beau's shirt (2 playoff winning goals) on that merit as he is the reason we've won the double double. Shirt retirements aren't something that should be done for 2 seasons of service. Corey's was warranted in my eyes but no way is Jordan's. And that is not to take away from what Fox has done because I think he did a great job.

Would be great to get all of those guys mentioned back for next season. No big surprise on Wilson once we'd signed Leigh Salters and Lepine was always going to fancy another crack at the AHL after it didn't work out for him last season due to the Lockout.

I'd have thought Galivan & Werner would let us know fairly soon as both are to be married in the next couple of weeks, if they then go on honeymoon we could be well into July and surely thats leaving it abit late. Gally was great mates with Foxy and I just wonder if that would have any bearing on his decision to return.

Gutted, absolutely beyond gutted actually.
Class player, class bloke, mad hair cut and a fit Mrs. What's not to like?
The door is always open for Jordan Fox. Yep, he can come crash at my place anytime.
That goal against the rammel up the road will never be forgotten. It's like my first pet has died.
He's even got a fantastic name, don't get me wrong if he was called Bob Smith I'd still be smitten but Jordan Fox is beyond epic.
Sigh, life is indeed a roller coaster.
