That old thread was creaking at the seams, here's a new one for a new season!

Another good signing to a heavily stacked Midfield, just a shame its only for a month.

I hope it's a defender who can defend.

It's D-Day. Slightly nervous and very apprehensive.

Losing 1-0 and down to 10 men. Sigh.

It may sound like sour grapes but coming away from the game on Sunday I cant help but feel that the officials wrecked what should have been a very good local clash. Some of the decisions were just mind blowing (i wont even mention the sending off). There was also a couple of scuffles between rival fans after the game which wasn't pleasant.
All in all a pretty bad day at the office. The Reds need to get back on track with a result against Blackburn on Wednesday!

A much improved performance from the Reds despite only getting a point from the visit of Blackburn. Having looked down their team sheet prior to kick-off it just shows you the quality that's in their squad and in the division for that matter so I don't think a point should be looked upon as too much of a disappointment.
The goals seem to be drying up and the sooner Cox is back the better. A bad miss from Sharp in the second half should really have been converted but I think confidence played a part in that, he just needs to get up and running and I'm sure the goals will flow.

Not panicking yet, long season and we have a good squad too; it'll come good.

Brilliant result against Cardiff and great to see Billy Sharp score with a very well taken goal.

Forest win 4-2 against Leeds in a convincing display. A few hours later the club announces the sacking of Sean O'Driscoll.

And his replacement has engineered a stunning loss in the cup to the mighty Oldam Athletic. Three games and no wins for McLeish.

A bad loss! Ironically the man Forest tried to sign from Birmingham (Chris Burke) ends up being the player that gets both goals! Reports of a fall-out between Manager and Owner. Strange transefer activity regarding George Boyd. Something seriously not right with this club at the monent.

Now that the people that BD used to fall out with (Arthur, Pleat etc) have left, it could work. I'd like to see him back as he has 'unfinished business'. Where have i heard that before. If not BD then Adkins would be good if he fancied it

Same old, same old. Different owner, different manager or no manager, it's a bloody circus. I'd question the commitment of quite a few of the players too.
