If you think 4,500 - 5,000 Steelers fans will turn up on Valentines night with both Sheffield football teams playing then you're more deluded than I originallly thought. We shall see, at least 4K yeah, I would say 4500 to 5000 is possible given recent attendances Funny thing is Smurf was told free or even reduced tickets were absolutely out of the question yet I know 3 companies with 25 tickets each for the game who have not paid nor sponsored a single penny. Pretenders. New owner, same deluded, chip on the shoulder approach. If you ever actually earn an honour with anything other than cash stolen from sponsors and local businesses I'll doff my cap... you haven;t managed it yet and I doubt you ever will.

I want to give you a big cuddle and tell you it'll be all okay. If you think this is a one way street of "classlessness" why don't you read the comments on your own forum about Kowalski's banger? Or the whole incident at the end of last year with Big gob? But of course the fact we make fun of you lot organising a sing song is the bigger crime here. During the interval, we are free to make any noise we want. I know making noise is a new concept to the 3 fans that usually attend your games but sometimes people will make it and you won't like whats said. Pies you are totally on another planet if you think the KWall Banger thread was classless. You have less humour than a Steel Talk Moderator if you really believed that (Only Joking about you being humourless Mark, Jay & Mart if you are reading this, but they can all be miserable gits ). As for fans, we had around 4400 for last weekends games and probably the same tonight, and there was plenty of noise up until Belfast started to tie up the game winning goals. As for Tuesday I'd be surprised if more than 200 Panthers made the game, so the 4500 to 5000 Steelers I expect will sing OIMBT in true Yorkshire spirit! LOUDLY Glynn i know the initial thread was started as a joke but like all threads, some comments were a bit unsavoury! Not your fault i grant you!! And the 3 people comment was a bit of humour - i still think you add 2 zeros on to the end if your attendance figure hough

Easy to say that but I'd bet you wouldn't name who the companies and who gave them alledgely Free tickets. Your words mean nothing without names. I would add that IF the Steelers were doing this then perhaps it's a great marketing ploy considering the date, the opposition and the other sports being played that Jono mentioned.

I'd love to try ruin it for the steelers! We can put all 20 years of jealousy in it and really go for it!
Mod edit - pretending to be a Panthers fan now?

Genuine question. Why do you want to ruin it? It isn't a Steelers advert. As far as I am aware the producers are recording several different "versions" to compile a Yorkshire commercial and this will be a segment. Why the spoilt brat mentality?

Why organise it for when we're in town? Why do it during a period break instead of asking anyone who wants to advertise Yorkshire to wait a bit after the game? Simms knows he's waving a red rag at a bull and I for one couldn't care less if our lot give him what he's goading us for.

Genuine question. How many Steelers fans actually know the words to the song?

Maybe it means nothing to you but Elliott's good standing on here and reputation for making considered intelligent posts mean that I for one have no reason wahtsoever to disbelieve him. BTW I found the sausage thread funny. Maybe not intentionally funny, but funny all the same.

Were panthers fans and hate the steelers, therefor if we can ruin something for you we will do.

This is a typical Dave Simms/Steelers self celebration.
They could have easily done it at any other home game but they choose for it to be against us.
Ruin it good and proper

Well, I suppose that explains why you signed Perry Doyle. The recording might not have anything to do with the Steelers but surely the timing must have or were the Steelers just told that this was happening with a metaphorical gun held to their (I would presume hat-less) heads?

Also as has already been said, we dont like you, why should we sit politely while your lot do some daft little sing song? When Carl Froch did the puck drop a while back you lot taunted him. Why? Because he's from Nottingham. You lot can dish it out but dont like it back at you
